Yet another children's museum...

Cisco had a meeting in Naperville on Friday, so we all decided to tag along and head over to the Dupage Children's Museum. I absolutely fell in love with this museum because their exhibits are awesome and it's not too overwhelming - there's not a whole lot of stuff to cover. I tell you, we surely are making the most of our museum pass - talk about getting a bang for your buck!

*For those of you who don't know, if you get a family membership at any children's museum and they are a part of the Association of Children's Museums and/or the Association of Science and Technology Centers, you can get into any affiliated museum nationwide for FREE! So, a $125 family pass has gone a looong way for us!*

Kenna is 11 months old!

Yes, that's right! Kenna is almost a year old! We cannot believe it! Anyway, as you can see, her hair is growing like crazy, her walking is getting better & better everyday (hence the reason why you see no 11 month blocks), and she's just a joy to be around (although she is becoming much more opinionated and showing us in the form of tantrums). She refers to everything as "this" and when she sees any kind of ball, she's overjoyed and will not stop saying "baa."

Happy 11 Months Kenna!!!

Happy Halloween Week!!!

This year's Halloween (which was more like a week-long celebration) was a lot of fun because Kaila was old enough to understand and participate in a lot of the festivities. The understand part means she knows Halloween is all about the candy!!! Needless to say, they surely wore out their costumes, but look forward to Kenna being a ladybug too because we do recycle ;)
