Our Trip to New Hampshire

We recently just got back from a week-long trip to New Hampshire to be with Cisco's grandma and family to celebrate her 80th birthday. She didn't know that we, Cisco's mom, and Cisco's aunt from Sacramento were coming. So she was VERY surprised when she came down the stairs to see us all sitting in the dining room table. It was the first time Kaila had met most of Cisco's family, and the first time we met the youngest of Cisco's cousins, Matthew. The trip was SO much fun; it felt so good to be with family and to celebrate Mama's birthday.

EASTER!!!!

The Easter Bunny surprised both Kaila and Sadie early this morning. It was funny watching both of them go through their presents. Sadie got two new stuffed animals (bunny and monkey), along with her favorite: TREATS! Kaila got a bunch of new books, some little pinwheels, candy, and bunch of little trinkets. They were both very happy.

Thank you to our families for the Easter baskets! Actually, we meant to thank the Easter Bunny ;)

PRESENTS!!!
No surprise, Sadie found one of her new toys and immediately began to thrash and squeak it around the living room.

We then put on a private Easter egg hunt for Kaila in our backyard. No big kids to take away the eggs! We even had a little "egg hunt" for Sadie. We put a few of her new treats out for her to find.

Kaila's Easter Dress (she just woke up from a nap after church).
It was a nice Easter spent with our little family. We are so blessed for everything we have.
