The Few Moment of Peace during Toddler Wars

At first, Kaila and Matthew were happy to see each other. But as the week progressed, more and more tension grew between them. Why? TOYS! As toddlers are, they both struggled to play and share at the same time. As for Kenna, she started off very closed-off, probably because she was sick, but she really warmed up to everyone by the time we had to leave. Even with all the fighting, it was so nice to be around family. When the kids grow up, they'll probably look back at the experience and think, "what were we fighting about?" Below are a few of the good moments the kids had together.

Kenna with Tita Mila. By the end of the week, she was walking around the house saying, "Ti-ta, Ti-ta."
At the mall, Kaila and Matthew were holding hands, running down the mall together.

They had the time of their lives at the Disney Store. Between these two Disney babies, they could've spent the entire day in that one store, admiring all the toys and characters.
At Gymboree, the three had fun watching the TV shows, like Wow Wow Wubbzy and Yo Gabba Gabba.

Yes, you're seeing right. One is watching on the big TV, the other is watching something else on the laptop. Then, they'd switch.
Kenna grew very comfortable around Mama, which was nice to see.
A rare moment: both Kaila and Matthew playing nicely with his train set. The rest of the time they were fighting over the tracks and certain trains. Tito Mon even set up two separate tracks for them; it still didn't work.

Had a few minutes of peace and quiet as they both colored together.

It was stressful during Toddler Wars I, but looking back on it, it was kind of funny. Kids will be kids.
