Children's Museum of Chicago

Inside of Navy Pier is the Children's Museum of Chicago. We had never been there before, so we were excited to take Kaila there. She absolutely loves these children's museums.

Playing with the water system.
Driving the tractor......."hold on to your seat belts" she says.
Going down the piano slide. Plays music like a piano when you slide down the keys.
Showing us how to fill up the car with gas.
Digging for fossils.
Kaila really is THAT small ;)
Kenna wanted to join her Ate on the big couch.
Kenna was just happy to be out of the stroller.

Building a structure with Daddy. Showing her how to use their screwdriver/wrench hybrid tool.
"Mommy, I don't think Daddy knows what he's doing."
This was probably the best exhibit they had. You had to build a flying contraption made out of foam and the goal was to make it stay in the air as long as possible. When you built it, you would place it on their hand-crank elevator, raise it up to the top, then it would fly down. Kaila LOVED this one; she didn't want to leave (neither did Daddy).
Making crafts with Mommy.
